Jing Zhaogang, a member of the Communist Party of China,  was born in November, 1994 in Gaomi, Shandong Province. Graduated from Qingdao University of Technology in July 2017; Got Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Design Manufacturing And Automation Engineering; Enrolled in the School of Mechanical Engineering Qingdao University of Technology and continued to study Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering under the instruction of Professor Feng GUO in 2017.
