Zhe Li, male, a member of the Communist Party of China, was born in December, 1994 in ZiBo, Shandong Province. Graduated from Qingdao University of Science ＆ Technology in June 2018; Majored in Mechanical Engineering and minored in International Economics and Trade; Got Bachelor of Engineering and Economics; Enrolled in the School of Mechanical Engineering Qingdao University of Technology and continued to study Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering under the instruction of Professor Feng Guo in 2018.
