He Chong was born in November,1995 in Shandong,Graduated from Shandong Province of Science and Technology in July 2019; Got a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation and  a Bachelor of Law degree as a minor subject; In the same year, admitted to  Qingdao University of Technology to continue to pursue Master's degree in Mechanical and Automotive Engineering, under the instruction of associate professor Ping Yang.
