Liu Yuting, female, member of the Communist Party of China, from Jizhou, Tianjin, master's degree. In June 2021, she graduated from the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering of Qingdao Technological University with a bachelor's degree in mechanical design and manufacturing and its automation engineering. In the same year, she was admitted to the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering of Qingdao Technological University to continue studying for a master's degree in mechanical engineering, under the tutelage of Professor Guo Feng.
