Our film thickness tester FST-II at the 2017 National Conference on Tribology

On April 20th ~ 23th, 2017, the 13th National Conference on Tribology and the 2017 National Youth Conference on Tribology were held in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province. The latest version of film thickness tester FST-II, developed in our group for conformal contact applications and newly featured with film thickness on-line measurement technology, was presented in the exhibition of the conference. The participants showed great interests in its new measurement principle and functions.
